REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS
At Brigitte’s BakeShop, we take pride in crafting fresh, high-quality baked goods for our customers in Arizona. Because our products are perishable and made to order, all sales are considered final. However, we value customer satisfaction and will work with you if there is an issue with your order.
1. No Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
2. Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements may only be offered in the following cases:

Incorrect Order – If you receive the wrong item(s).

Damaged Goods – If your order arrives significantly damaged.

Quality Issues – If your product is not up to our usual standards of freshness and quality.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the issue by emailing us at [your email address].
3. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

Orders canceled less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable, as ingredients and preparation may already be in progress.
4. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or failure to be present at the time of delivery. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
5. Special & Custom Orders
Custom cakes, event desserts, and large catering orders are non-refundable once confirmed. A deposit may be required to secure these orders, which is also non-refundable.
